Apochromatic correction (Apo) is particularly advantageous for color enlargements, but it also enables excellent sharpness right to the corners of the image in the black and white darkroom. Outstanding results are possible with just one stop of stopping down, allowing for a significantly higher light yield during enlargement.
The aperture scale is illuminated in red for improved readability. Aperture settings can be adjusted either in click-stop half-stops or continuously.
A locking ring allows you to preselect and lock an aperture value, so you can quickly switch between open aperture and working aperture.
