Analogue image retouching requires a steady hand, some practice and, above all, a lot of patience.
You should imagine that you are using the fine brush tip to transport the color to the white point in the picture.
Therefore: Don’t paint, dab!
To retouch small dust spots or lint, we recommend using the finest brush possible, such as our Da Vinci Restauro size 3/0.
coloring
To color pictures, we recommend using a wider brush, such as our Da Vinci Restauro size 4, and diluting the paint heavily with water before use.
