The use of citric acid-based stop baths offers the advantage of being largely odorless compared to acetic acid.
Developer chemistry carried over into the stop bath somewhat diminishes this effect, but the darkroom atmosphere becomes significantly more pleasant with such a citric acid bath.
Dilution for working solution 1+30 to 1+40
Dilution for 2% solution 1+28 (36ml to 1 liter of water), a dilution of 1+40 is completely sufficient for stopping development.
