Application for films

If the fixer is to be reused, a dilution of 1+4 is recommended. One liter can fix up to 20 films (135 or 120 format).
With an economical dilution of 1+9, 5 films can be fixed per liter of working solution.

Application for photographic paper

For photographic paper, a dilution of 1+4 is recommended to avoid leaving the paper in the fixer for too long (maximum one minute and thirty seconds); this facilitates washing.
