Our printed vouchers will be sent by post no later than the next working day.
In urgent cases, we can also send you the voucher as a PDF for you to print yourself.
Redeem vouchers
The code printed on the voucher can be used when shopping in the online shop.
Redeeming our vouchers is easy during the checkout process. Simply add your desired items to your shopping cart, enter your voucher code, and complete your order. You can check whether the voucher value has been deducted before purchasing.
Any credit balance not fully used during an order remains and can be used for further purchases.
The vouchers are valid for 3 years.
